administrators and assigns in fee simple forever
And I the said William Dixon Lewis do covenant with
the said Grantee her heirs, executors administrators
and assigns that I am seized in fee simple of the
afore granted premises that they are free from all incum-
brances, and that I have good right and title to con-
vey the same, and that I for myself my heirs ex-
ecutors administrators do hereby warrant to defend
the title to the aforegranted premises to the said Grantee
her heirs executors administrators and assigns against
the lawful claims and demands of all persons
whomsoever

sign seal and deliver the foregoing deed for the uses
and purposes therein contained and expressed and that
he together with W.C. Miller in the presence of each other
signed the same as subscribing witnesses thereto

This Indenture, made the Sixteenth day of August in
the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven
Between John C. Smith and Delia C. Smith his wife of
the City of Brooklyn County of Kings and State of New York
of the first part and Esther Serena Haile wife of Thomas
E. Haile of Arredondo Alachua County and State of Florida
of the second part, witnesseth that the said parties of the
first part, for and in consideration of the sum of one Dollar
lawful money of the United States of America to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, at or before the
sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
