hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened
remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part, and to her heirs and assigns
forever, All that certain piece parcel or tract of land situate
lying and being in section Twenty Nine (29) of Township Ten (10)
south of Range Nineteen (19) East the same being a part of the
"Arredondo Grant" in Alachua County in the State of Florida
particularly described as commencing at the Northwest Cor
ner of said Section 29 (twenty nine) and running thence South
along the Westerly boundary line of said section twenty two
(22) chains fifty (50) links more or less to land of the party of
the second part hereto, thence easterly along the along the land
of the party of the second part hereto thirty one (31) chains
more or less to land of Thomas W. Chestnut and in a straight
line in continuation of the same course twenty two (22) Chains
and fifty (50) links more or less to the Northerly boundary
line of said section 29 and thence Westerly along land North-
erly boundary line of said section thirty one (31) Chains to the
place of beginning.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertain-
ing and the reversion and reversions, remainder and re-
mainders rents issues and profits thereof - And also, all the
estate right title, interest dower right of dower property
possession claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in
equity of the said parties of the first part of, in or to the above
described premises and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances. To Have and to Hold all and singular the
above mentioned and described premises, together with the
appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns forever. And the said John C. Smith and
his heirs, the said premises in the quiet and peaceable possess-
ion of the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns
against the said parties of the first part, their heirs, and
against all and every person and persons whomsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim the same shall and will war-
rant and by these presents forever defend
