State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered into
Alachua County   } on this the fourth day of February AD Eighteen
hundred and Seventy eight, between Walter S. Land Attorney in
fact for William D. Lewis party of the first part and Mrs
Sarah R. Barnes party of the second part, all of Alachua Coun-
ty State of Florida Witnesseth,
                                That the Said parties of the
first part for and in Consideration of the sum of One hun-
dred and fifty dollars lawful money to him in hand paid
by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents doth grant bargain Sell
and Convey unto the Said S.R. Barnes and to her heirs and
assigns forever all the following discribed piece or parcel
of land to wit; Starting from the North East Corner of fifteen
acre lot belonging to W.S. Land and running North 35° 30'
East two hundred (200) feet to a live Oak Stake, thence East
fifty four (54) degrees & thirty minuets South, six hundred
& twenty two (622) feet to a live Oak stake, thence South thirty
five degrees & thirty minuets West Eight hundred and Sixty
(860) feet to a live Oak stake, thence West fifty four degrees
& thirty minuets North Six hundred & twenty two (622) feet to
point in pond on East boundary of W.S. Land fifteen acre
tract thence North thirty five degrees and thirty minuets East
Six hundred & Sixty (660) feet to point of begining Contain-
ing ten (10) Acres more or less together with all and Sin-
gular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances there-
unto belonging or in any wise appertaining, to have and
to hold unto her the said Sarah R. Barnes and to her
heirs and assigns in fee Simple forever and the said
party of the first part doth hereby Covenant and agree
to and with the party of the second part and to her heirs
and assigns forever against the Claims and demands
of all persons.

for the uses and purposes therein Contained and expressed
