Alachua County   } Whereas we Francis W. Fontaine
and her husband Benjamin W. Fontaine of the afore-
said County and State by our deed of Conveyance re-
corded at pages Seven hundred and Sixteen (716) of
Deed Book "G" public records of said State and County
did Convey, or intend to legally Convey unto S.Y. Finley
the property hereinafter described, but by some clerical
inadvertence certain formalities required by law were
omitted in the execution of said Deed = And whereas
said Conveyance was executed by us and each of us
in good faith = and whereas we are now desirous of
Correcting any and all irregularities in said Conveyances,
Now therefore know all men by these presents that we the
said Francis W. Fontaine and Benjamin W. Fontaine
for and in Consideration of the premises and of the
further sum of one dollar to us in hand paid by S.Y.
Finley the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold Conveyed and forever
quit claimed, and by these presents do grant, bargain
sell Convey and forever quit Claim unto him the
said S.Y. Finley all that Certain lot piece or parcel of
Land lying being and Situated in the Town of Gainesville
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida par-
ticularly described according to the original Surveys
and maps of said Town of Gainesville as follows
to wit the South East Quarter of Block Four (4) of
Range Five (5) Together with all and Singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining. To Have and to Hold
the same unto him the said S.Y. Finley and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple abso-
lute forever.
In Witness Whereof we have hereunto Set our hands
and affixed our seals on this 8th day of February AD 1878
