Fontaine who being first duly questioned and examined by
me separate and apart from her Said husband says and
acknowledged before me that she did sign seal and
deliver the foregoing deed of Conveyance of her Separate
property for the uses and purposes as are therein Contain-
ed and expressed, freely and voluntarily and without any
Compulsion Constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband.

Alachua County } This Indenture made this 8th day of Feb-
ruary AD 1878 between J.W. Spencer at present of the State &
County aforesaid as administrator heir at law and attorney
in fact for the rest of the heirs of Nathan Spencer late of
said State and County party of the first part and William
A. Colclough of the same State and County party of the
second part, Witnesseth that the said J.W. Spencer as
aforesaid party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Forty ($40\00) Dollars to him in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby give
grant bargain sell or convey unto Williams A. Colclough
party of the second part two acres of land the same being
the west portion of lot thirty (30) agreeable to a diagram
of the lots of land belonging to the estate of Nathan
Spencer decd and being a fractional portion of the
North half of Section Six (6) Township ten (10) S. Range
twenty (20) East together with all and Singular the tenem-
