ents hereditaments & appurtenances and all the estate &
interest of the said party of the first part as administra-
tor heir at law and attorney in fact for the heirs of
Nathan Spencer deceased; And the said party of first
part as aforesaid doth hereby covenant and agree with
the said party of the second part that he will warrant
and defend the above granted premises in the quiet
and peaceable possession of the said party of the
second part his heirs executors or administrators for

Annie Hunter his wife of the second part all of said County &
