tenancies to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
Also one Gray mare & one black Stallion now in my possession
& twenty head of Cows & Calves embracing all I have
To Have and to Hold to the said party of the Second part with
all the rights and privileges thereto appertaining & to her
heirs & assigns in fee simple for ever

M. Hunter of the aforesaid County & State for and in Consider-
ation of the Natural love and Effection wich I have and bear
unto my son Robert Butler Hunter of said County and State
have granted bargained given Sold and Conveyed and by these
presents do give, grant, bargain Sell and Convey unto him
the said Robert Butler Hunter all that Certain piece parcel or
tract of land lying being and Situated in the Arredondo
Grant in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
