In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto affixed my hand and seal

This Indenture made and entered into this the third day
of January AD 1878 Between William Mott party of the
first part and W.W. Mott party of the Second part.
Witnesseth that the party of the first part for and in Consid
eration of the Sum of Eight hundred dollars to him paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained and Sold and by these presents do grant bar-
gain and sell and Convey to the party of the second part
all that Certain tract or parcel of land known and described
as follows, The South East Quarter of the South West Quarter
Section twenty three also the North West Quarter of the North West
Quarter Section twenty Six and also the west half of the South
West Quarter Section twenty three all of township Seven Range 19E
excepting that lying west and north of the Mott branch Containing
one hundred and thirty five acres more or less In the County of
Alachua and State of Florida to have and to hold to the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns with the right
and appurtenances thereto belonging and the title to the Same
the party of the first part to the party of the second part his heirs
and assigns Shall and will forever warrant and defend by these
presents.

personally Came H.C. Parker who saith on oath that he did
witness with C.W. Stephens the signing of the foregoing deed
of Conveyance and the Same was signed for the purpose
and intent therein Set forth this 21st day of January AD 1878
