Know all men by these presents that I R.A. Bowman
in the aforesaid State & County in Consideration of the
Sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000) to me in hand paid
by Isaac M. Bowman of the Said County have granted
bargained Sold & released unto the Said I.M. Bowman
all that tract of Land described as follows
S1/2 of NE1/4 of SE1/4 & SE1/4 of SE1/4 of Sec 32, township
7, South R18 E & NW1/4 of SW1/4 & SW1/4 of SW1/4 an a
portion of SE1/4 of SW1/4 Sec 33, T7, S R18 E and also
W1/2 of NW1/4 Sec 4 T8 R18 E & allso NE1/4 of Sec
5 T8, R18 E, Containing Four hundred acres more or
less Situated in Alachua County State of Florida and
hath Such form & marks as a plat of the Same "Made
by I.M. Bowman June 15th 1876, which will more fully
represent Together with all and Singular the rights
Members hereditaments and appertainances to the
                                               Incident
Said premises belonging and or in any wise^or appertain-
ing to have and to hold all and Singular the premises
before mentioned unto the said Isaac M. Bowman his
heirs & assigns forever, And I do hereby bind myself my
heirs executors and admrs and assigns to warrant and
forever defend all and Singular the Said premises unto
the said I.M. Bowman his heirs & Assigns against
myself and my heirs and against every other person
whomsoever lawfully Claiming or to claim the Same
or any part thereof
Witness my hand and Seal this the fifteenth 15th day
of June AD one thousand Eight hundred and
Seventy five 1875, and ninety ninth year of American

Bowman witnessed the due execution thereof
