M. Bowman the wife of the within named R.H.
Bowman did this day appear before me and
upon being privately and Separately examined by me
did declare that she does freely voluntarily and
without any Compulsion dread or fear of any
person or persons whomsoever renounce release
and forever relinquish unto the within named
Isaac M. Bowman his heirs and assigns all
her interest and estate and allso all her right
and claim of dower of in and to all and Singular
the Premises within mentioned and released

in the said County in Consideration of the Sum of
Two thousand ($2,000) Dollars to me in hand paid by
J.D. Compton of the City of Charleston State aforesaid
have granted bargained Sold and assigned unto the
Said J.D. Compton all that tract of land described as
follows SW1/4 of NE1/4 of Sec 32 & SW1/2 of SE1/4 of NE1/4
of Sec 32 & N1/2 of NE1/4 of SE1/4 of Sec 32, NW1/4 of SE1/4
of Sec 32 & SW1/4 of SE1/4 of Sec 32, T7, S of R18 E and
also NE1/4 of SE1/4 & S1/2 of SE1/4 of Sec 5 & SE1/4 of SW1/4
of Sec 5 T8, South of R18 E, and also S1/2 of SW1/4 of Sec
4 T8 S of R18 E, Containing four hundred acres more
or less Situated in Alachua County State of Florida and hath
Such form and marks as a plat of the Same made by I.M.
Bowman June 15th 1875 which will more fully represent
Together with all and Singular the rights hereditaments and appur-
tenances to the said premises belonging or in any wise apper-
taining to have and to hold all and Singular the premises be-
fore mentioned unto the said J.D. Compton his heirs and as-
signs forever, And I do hereby bind myself my heirs execu-
tors and advisors and assigns to warrant and forever defend
all and Singular the said premises unto the said J.D. Comp-
ton his heirs and assigns against my self and my heirs
and against every other person whomsoever lawfully claiming
or to claim the same or any part thereof
