Alachua County   } This Indenture made this   day of February AD 1878 -
between Sarah Spencer & James W. Spencer as executors and J.W. Spencer
as heir at law and attorney in fact for the heirs at law of Nathan
Spencer decd late of said State & County at present of the State &
County aforesaid parties of the first part and Isaac Saunders at
present of the State of Florida but a Citizen of the State of Rhode
Island party of the Second part.
Witnesseth: that the said parties of the first part for and in
Consideration of the Sum of One hundred and fifty Dollars
lawful money of the United States, to them in hand paid by the
Said party of the Second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged have granted, and by these presents do grant bargain Sell &
Convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs executors
or administrators all those Certain lots pieces or parcels of land lying
and being in Said State & County and particularly described in a
diagram of lots belonging to the estate of Nathan Spencer as lots
thirty one (31) and thirty two (32) the Same being a fractional portion
of the North half of sec Six (6) Township ten (10) S of Range twenty
(20) East Containing in all ten acres more or less
To Have and to Hold the above granted and described premises unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever And the
Said parties of the first part for themselves their heirs executors
or administrators do covenant with the said party of the Sec-
ond part that they will warrant and defend him in the quiet
