This Indenture, made the 15th day of February in the
year of Our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy
Eight, Between Ella F. Bryan of the first part, and
Samuel Fairbanks of the Second part,
Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part for and in
Consideration of the Sum of Ten Dollars, lawful money of
the United States of America, to her in hand paid by the
Said party of the Second part, at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged has remised, released and quit-claimed,
And by these presents do remise release and quit-Claim
unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs,
and assigns, forever, All that parcel of land being in
Alachua County State of Florida, being the North West
Quarter of the North East Quarter of Section twenty two
in township Eight South of Range Twenty one East
Containing forty acres more or less.
Together with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise apper
taining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and
remainders, rents issues and profits thereof; And also, all the
