right of Dower property possession claim and demand
whatsoever, as well in law as in equity of the said party of the
first part of, in and to the above described premises and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
To Have and to Hold, All and Singular the above men-

This Indenture made and entered into this the 30th day
of November AD 1877 between W.C. Andruss of the first part
and Wm B. Lipsey of the second part witnesseth th the party
of the first part for and in Consideration of the Sum of Four
hundred and thirty five 50/100 Dollars ($435 50/100) to him in hand
paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain Sell
and Convey to the party of the Second part all that Certain tract
or parcel of land lying and Situated in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida and known and described as follows: The
South half of the North East Quarter of the North West Quarter
and the North West Quarter of the North East Quarter of the
North West Quarter (Said to Contain thirty acres more or less)
of Section twenty one (21) in tonship eleven (11) Range Eighteen
(18) together with all the appurtenances thereto belonging: To
have and to hold to the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns with all the right title claim and interest
