AD 1878 between Elizabeth A. Wasson by her attorney in fact and
Agent Robert B. Wasson and Ida E. Burnett both of Said State
and County witnesses that the said Elizabeth A. Wasson by
her attorney in fact and agent, Robert B. Wasson for and
in Consideration of the Sum of Eight hundred Dollars to the
party of the first part in hand paid at and before the sealing
and delivery of this Indenture, the receipt whereof being hereby
acknowledged has granted bargained Sold and Conveyed and
