forever quit Claim to the said Ida E. Burnett her
heirs and assigns all the right title interest claim or
demand the said Robert B. Wasson has in any way or may
hereafter acquire in and to that tract or land Situated in the
State of Florida and Alachua County and town of Gainesville
described as a parcel of land lying at North west Corner of
lot one (NW Corner lot 1) Block three (B3) Range two (R2) in Said
town, and running South on East side at west Main Street Eighty
six feet (S86 ft to a Stake thence East fifty two feet (E52ft) thence
North Eighty Six feet (N 86 ft to the Northern line of lot one
Block three Range two (L1 B3, R2) thence West fifty two feet
(W52 ft) to place of beginning Containing four thousand four
hundred and Seventy two Square feet (4472 q=ft) more or less
with all the rights members and appurtenances to said Lot
of land belonging or in any wise appertaining: To have
and to hold said lot of land to the said Ida E. Burnett So
that neither the Said Robert B. Wasson nor his heirs nor any
other person or persons claiming under him, Shall at any time
hereafter by any way or means, have claim or demand any
right or title to the aforesaid lot of land or its appurtenances
or any part thereof
