Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
                                       her husband
we Cornelia E. Kenedy and Thomas R. Kenedy^of the afore
Said County and State for and in consideration of the Sum of
Five hundred dollars to me the said Cornelia E. Kenedy
Cash in hand paid, have granted bargained Sold and
Conveyed; and by these presents do grant bargain Sell and
convey unto her the said Julia Cessna all of our right title
interest and claim at Law or in Equity of in and to the following
described lots pieces or parcels of land to wit Commencing
at a point Two hundred and Sixty (260) feet South of the South
East Corner of Block One (1) Range One (1) of the town of
Gainesville thence running South Two hundred (200) feet thence
west Two hundred (200) feet thence North two hundred (200) feet
thence East Two hundred (200) feet to place of beginning
Thence Commencing again Thirty (30) feet from the North
West Corner of the last above described lot and runing
West Two hundred (200) feet, thence South Two hundred (200) feet
thence East two hundred (200) feet, thence North two hun-
dred (200) feet to the place of beginning, Situated lying and
being immediately adjoining the Corporate limits of the
town of Gainesville in Alachua County, State of Florida
To Have and to Hold the same to her the said Julia Cess-
na and to her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
in fee simple absolute forever, together with all the tenem-
ents hereditaments and appurtenances unto the Same
belonging or in any wise appertaining
