Rosa M. Roberds (formerly before my present Marriage Rosa M.
Heath widow of Washington R. Heath of Alachua County Florida
deceased and also administrator of the estate of Said Washing
ton R. Heath deceased) together with my husband Rueben W.
Roberds of Said State and County for and in consideration
of the sum of Five Dollars to me the said Rosa M. Roberds
Cash in hand paid by Nancy E. Varnum at and before thee en
Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledged have granted bargained sold conveyed and
forever quit Claimed and by these presents do grant bargain
Sell and convey and forever quit Claim unto her the said
Nancy E. Varnum all the right title interest Claim or demand
of whatsoever kind or description whatsoever at law or in
Equity that the said Rosa M. Roberds now have or are entitled to
or which I may hereafter be entitled to by reason of my being
the Heir at Law and administrator of the said Washington
R. Heath deceased of in and to all that Certain Lot piece
or parcel of land lying being and Situated on the West Side
of the Court House Square in the town of Gainesville
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida, particular-
ly distinguished and described upon the maps or plats of
the original survey of said Town of Gainesville as
being Lot one (1) Block Two (2) in Range three (3) of Said
