his wife to me well known as the persons described in and who
executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance and acknowledged
that they executed the Same for the purpose therein expressed

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered
into on this First day of March AD one thousand
Eight hundred and Seventy Eight between William Dixon
Lewis by Walter S. Land his attorney in fact (as by Deed
Book "J" pages 756 and 757, of the public records of Alachua
County Florida reference being thereto had will more fully
appear) party of the first part and Sarah R. Barnes party of
the second part all of Alachua County State of Florida, Wit-
nesseth: That the said Wm Dixon Lewis, by Walter S.
Land his attorney in fact as aforesaid for and in
Consideration of the Sum of One thousand Dollars
lawful money to him in hand paid by the Said Sarah
R. Barnes the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has
granted, bargained Sold, aliened remised released Con-
veyed and Confirmed and by these presents doth grant
bargain Sell, alien release remise Convey and Confirm
unto the said Sarah R. Barnes and to her heirs and assigns
forever all that Certain lot tract piece or parcel of land and
premises lying and being Situate in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and more particularly known and
described as follows, to wit:-
North half of North West Quarter of Section twenty two
(22) township ten (10) Range Twenty (20) South & East
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining and also all the estate right title interest proper-
ty possession claim and demand of in and to the Said
lands and premises and every part and parcel thereof, To have
and to hold the Same unto her the said Sarah R. Barnes
and to her heirs and assigns in fee Simple forever
And the Said Wm Dixon Lewis by his Attorney in fact
as aforesaid doth hereby Covenant and agree to and with
