being the South half of the North west Quarter of
Section Twenty two (22) of Township Ten (10) South of
Range Twenty (2) East Containing Eighty (80) acres
  reserving 15 feet along western line for public highway
of land more or less^Together with all and Singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
Same belonging or in any wise appertaining =
To Have and to Hold the same unto him the Said
P.M. Oliver and to his heirs executors, administrators
and assigns in fee Simple absolute forever =
And I the said William Dixon Lewis for myself my
heirs executors and administrators do hereby covenant
to and with the Said P.M. Oliver that I am Seized
in fee Simple absolute of the premises hereby
Conveyed that I have good right to Sell and con-
vey the Same; that the Same is free from all Encum-
brances and that I will and my heirs executors and
administrators Shall and will warrant and defend
the same to him the Said P.M. Oliver and to his
heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
against the lawful claims and demands of any
and all persons whomsoever (Interlined before Signing)
