Justice of the Peace

Know all men by these presents that I Annie P. Hickson
wife of Ezekiel P. Hickson of my own accord became
a party to the foregoing deed and thereby release and
relinquish all my right of Dower in and to the Lands
therein Conveyed by my said husband to the said
Caroline Johnson and Levi H. Johnson of my own
free will and accord and without any compulsion
apprehension or fear of or from my said husband
Witness my hand and seal on this 28th day of
January AD 1878.

Personally appeared before me George G. Keen a Justice
of the Peace in and for the County of Columbia and
State of Florida Mrs Annie P. Hickson who separate
and apart from her husband on a private exam-
ination acknowledged that she executed the foregoing
relinquishment of Dower of her own free will and
accord. Witness my hand and seal this 28th day
of January AD 1878

E.P. Hickson the grantor in the foregoing deed
Conveying real Estate, who acknowledged that he did
