State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that
Alachua County   } I W.C. Andruss of the town of Archer
County of Alachua and State of Florida, in Consideration of
the Sum of Fifty dollars to me paid by Cornelia L.
Law and Mary C. Law of the town County and State afore-
said; the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge do here
by give, grant Sell and Convey unto the Said Cornelia
L. Law and Mary C. Law their heirs and assigns, all
that parcel of land or tenement Situated in Alachua County
State of Florida, bounded and described as follows,
to wit, The North East Quarter of the North East Quarter of
the North West Quarter of Section twenty one (21) in township
eleven (11) Range Eighteen (18) Containing Ten acres in a Square
together with all the appurtenances thereto belonging. To
have and to hold the above granted premises to the
said Cornelia L. Law and Mary C. Law their heirs and
assigns to their use and behoof forever and I the Said W.
C. Andruss do hereby for myself and my heirs executors
and administrators Covenant with the Said Cornelia
L. Law and Mary C. Law their heirs and assigns that
I am lawfully seized in fee Simple of the aforegranted
premises; that they are free from all incumbrances; that
I have good right to sell and Convey the Same to the Said
Cornelia L. Law and Mary C. Law and that I and my
heirs executors and administrators will and by these
presence do warrant and defend the Same premises
to the Said Cornelia L. Law and Mary C. Law their heirs
and assigns forever, against the lawful Claims and
demands of all persons,
