This Indenture made and entered into this 30th
day of April AD 1877 between James Doig and Wm H.
Robertson and their wives Francis W. Doig and Mar-
garet E. Robertson (who joins in this deed for the pur-
pose of renouncing and relinquishing their right of dower
to the premises herein after Conveyed) of the first part
and Nancy Leonard of the Second part
                                     Witnesseth that
the parties of the first part for and in Consideration of
the Sum of twenty five dollars, to them paid the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained and Sold and by these presents do grant, bar-
gain and sell and Convey to the party of the Second
part, all that certain tract or parcel of land known
and described in a map of Voyle's Survey of 1876, as
Lot 3 Block 2, Range 2, of an Eastern Addition to
the town of Gainesville in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida, To have and to hold to the Said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns, with
the rights and appurtenances thereto belonging and the
title to the Same the parties of the first part to the
party of the Second part her heirs and assigns, Shall
and will forever warrant and defend by these presents,

and County Francis W. Doig wife of James Doig, and
Margaret E. Robertson wife of Wm H. Robertson to me
personally known, who having been, first examined by
me Separately and apart from their Said husbands ac-
knowledged that they renounced and relinquished all
their right of dower in and to the premises Conveyed
in the foregoing deed made by them and James Doig and
Wm H. Robertson to Nancy Leonard and dated the 30th day
of April 1877 freely and voluntarily and without any Com
pulsion Constraint apprehension or fear of or from their
husbands; and also appeared before me James Doig and
Francis W. Doig and Wm H. Robertson and Margaret E. Rob-
ertson and acknowledged that they had executed the said
deed for the purposes therein Stated  James Doig
