wife Lucy Cason who are known to me to be the Individuals
described in and who executed the foregoing deed of
Conveyance and acknowledged that they executed the

these presents She doth without Constraint or fear of
her said husband relinquish all and Singular of
her right or title to dower in the foregoing deed of
Conveyance hereto attached as well in law as in
Equity believing the Same to be right to be done.

This Indenture made this ninth day of February in the
year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy
Eight between Sarah Spencer and James W. Spencer of
the Town of Gainesville in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida of the first part and Alexander H. Leonard
and Bryant Pearce of the town of Gainesville aforesaid
of the Second Part, Witnesseth; that the Said parties of the
first part for and in Consideration of the Sum of one
hundred and Seventy dollars ($170.00) lawful money to them
in hand paid by the Said parties of the Second part at
and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained, Sold
released, granted, Conveyed and Confirmed, and by these
presents do bargain, Sell, release, grant, Convey and Confirm
unto the said parties of the second part their heirs and
assigns forever, all that certain tract or tracts of land known
and described as follows Lots 21,22 & 55 in Nathan Spencers
division of the North half of Section Six Township ten South
of Range twenty East Containing Seventeen acres, lying and
being Situate in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditam-
ents, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining and all the estate right title interest prop
erty possession claim and demand whatsoever as well
