in law as in equity, of the said parties of the first
part, in and to the above described premises and every part
and parcel thereof:
To have and to hold the above granted bargained and
described premises with the appurtenances unto the
said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns
to them and their own proper use benefit and behoof
forever;
And the said parties of the first part for their heirs
executors and administrators do hereby Covenant with
the said parties of the second part, their heirs and
assigns, that at the time of the ensealing and delivery
hereof the said parties of the first part are the
lawful owners of the premises above granted and
seized thereof in fee Simple absolute; that they are
free from all encumbrances; that the said parties of
the first part have good right to Sell and Convey the
Same to the said parties of the Second part as
aforesaid; And that the Said parties of the first
part their heirs executors and administrators the
above described and hereby granted and Con-
veyed Premises and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances thereof unto the said par-
ties of the second part their heirs and assigns; a-
gainst the said parties of the first part and their
heirs, and against all and every person, and persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same
Shall and will warrant and by these presents forever
defend
