Situate lying and being in the Town of Gainesville
County of Alachua and State of Florida partic-
ularly described upon the original Map or Plat
of said town of Gainesville as the North East
Quarter of Lot Three (3) in Block Three (3) of Range
Four (4) said North East Quarter of said lot being one
hundred (100) feet North and South by thirty feet (30ft)
East and West. Together with all and Singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To have and to hold the same unto him the said
P.H. Young and to his heirs executors administra-
tors and assigns in fee simple absolute forever
and we the said William T. Richardson Samuel
 & S.G. Richardson his wife &
T. Richardson^Margaret L. Richardson and
Henry S. Richardson and M.S. Richardson his
wife do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said P.H. Young and his heirs executors
administrators and assigns that we are lawfully
seized in fee of the property hereby conveyed
that we have good right and sufficient title
to sell and convey the same free form all in-
cumbrances of whatsoever nature or kind and that
we will and our and each of our heirs executors
and administrators shall and will warrant and
forever defend the said premises unto him the
said P.H. Young and his heirs executors adminis-
trators and assigns against the lawful claims
and demands of us and each of us and any
and all persons whomsoever and I the said
Margaret L. Richardson do hereby declare
that I do join in this deed for the purpose of
releasing relinquishing and renouncing and
conveying all dower or right of dower which I may
have in or to the said property at law or in Equity
by reason of being the widow of James M. Rich-
ardson deceased.
