Alachua County   } Before the Subscriber a Notary
Public in and for the State of Florida personally
came P.H. Young and Kate R. Young (his wife) to me
well known as the persons who executed the
foregoing deed of conveyance and acknowledged
in my presence that they signed sealed and
delivered the same for the uses purposes and
consideration therein set forth and the said Kate
R. Young upon being examined by me Separate
and apart from her husband (the said P.H. Young)
acknowledged that she made herself a party to
and executed the said deed for the express
purpose of renouncing relinquishing and extin-
guishing all her dower or right of dower in and
to the property therein described and conveyed
and that she did the same freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint appre-
hension or fear of or from her said husband.
In witness whereof they have hereunto set their hands

L.A. Barnes (Shff) To James B. Brown
State of Florida  }  "Deed"
County of Alachua } This Indenture made and entered
into on this the 5th day of February AD 1877 between
Louis A. Barnes Sheriff of Alachua County Florida
of the first part and J.B. Brown of the County & State
aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth That whereas
by virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias issued out of the
Circuit Court in and and for Alachua County Florida
and to the said Sheriff directed he was commanded
that of the goods and chattels lands and tenements
of F.P. Olmstead administrator of Mary E. Dell de-
ceased he caused to be made the Sum of Five hun-
dred and Seventeen dollars together with the inter-
est and cost which which the said S.B. McLin late-
ly on the 4th day of April 1872 recovered in our said
Court against the said F.P. Olmstead administrator of
Mary E. Dell deceased and whereas I the said Louis
A. Barnes as Sheriff aforesaid under and by virtue
of said writ did on the 28th day of December AD 1876
