Alachua County   } This Indenture made this fif-
teenth day of August in the year of Our Lord
Eighteen hundred and Seventy nine between
Richard L. Willson of said State & County of
the one part and George D. Chesser of the same
State & County of the other part Witnesseth that
the said R.L. Willson for and in consideration
of the sum of Seventy Dollars to him in hand
paid at & before the sealing & delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained sold & conveyed & doth by these presents
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said G.D.
Chesser his heirs & assigns all that tract or parcel
of land Situate lying and being in the County afore-
said & known & described as follows. The West half
of the South West Quarter and the South East
Quarter of the South West Quarter of section
Eleven (11) Township Eight (8) South Range Nineteen
(19) East containing 123 42/100 acres To have and to hold
said tract or parcel of land unto him the said George
D. Chesser his heirs and assigns together with
all and singular the rights members and appur-
tenances thereof to the same in any manner be-
longing to his and their own proper use benefit & be-
hoof forever in fee simple and the said Richard L.
Willson for himself & his heirs executors & administra-
tors the said bargained premises unto the said G.D.
Chesser his heirs and assigns will warrant & de-
fend the right & title thereof against themselves & against
the claims of all other persons whatsoever
In Witness Whereof the said R.L. Willson hath
hereunto set his hand & affixed his seal the day &
