"Deed"
This Indenture made the 20th day of August
in the year of Our Lord one thousand Eight
hundred and seventy nine Between William
F. Caraway and Manizie E. Caraway his wife
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the first part and The Peninsular Rail Road
Company of the State of Florida parties of
the second part, Witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar lawful Money
of the United States of America to them in
hand paid by the said parties of the Second
part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged have granted bargained sold aliened
remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell alien remise release
convey and confirm unto the said parties of the Second
part and their Successors assigns forever all
that portion of that Certain tract of land lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Fla known and described as follows Lot (4)
Four section Sixteen (16) and the Northern
portion of Lot one (1) section Twenty one (21)
all in Township eleven (11) South of Range twenty
two (22) East lying within one hundred feet of
the located center line of that portion of the
Peninsular Railroad from Hawthorn station
to Lockloosa lake.
Together with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions remainder and remainders
