the time separate and apart from her said husband
did acknowledge under her hand and seal that she
executed the foregoing deed of conveyance to E.T. Haw-
thorn and that she joined in the said deed for the
purposes of relinquishing and renouncing all dower
or right of dower in and to the premises described therein
and that said relinquishment and renunciation of
dower was and is made fully and voluntarily and
without any compulsion or constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her husband the said James M.

"Deed"
This Indenture made this the Second day of March in
the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
Seventy seven Between D.W.L. Barton attorney in fact
for John L. Barton of Chautauqua County New York
and Annie L. Barton and D.W.L. Barton husband of
Annie L. Barton who signs for the purpose of ratifying
the action of his said wife parties of the first part
and Bron N. Miller of the City of Boston Massachu-
setts party of the Second part, Witnesseth, That the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of One hundred and ninety dollars lawful
money of the United States of America to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part at
or before the ensealing and delivery of these pres-
ents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold aliened remised re-
leased conveyed and confirmed and by these pres-
ents do grant bargain sell alien remise release
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and his heirs and assigns forever all that
certain piece or parcel of land situate and lying
in the County of Alachua State of Florida and more
