Plat of the survey of the said Lands returned to
the General Land Office by the Surveyor General
which said Tract has been purchased by the said
Willis Peacock
Now Know ye, that the United States of America in
Consideration of the premises and in Conformity
with the Several Acts of Congress in Such Case made
and provided, Have Given and Granted and by these
presents Do Give and Grant unto the said Willis Pea-
cock and to his heirs the said Tract above described,
To have and To hold the Same together with all the
rights priviliges immunities and appurtenances
of whatsoever nature thereto belonging unto the Said
Willis Peacock and to his heirs and assigns forever

these letters to be made patent and the seal of
the General Land office to be hereunto affixed

Know all men by these presents that the Trustees of the
Internal Improvement Fund under an act of the
General assembly of the State of Florida entitled an
act to provide for and encourage a liberal system
of Internal Improvements in this State" approved
January 6th, 1855, for and in Consideration of the
sum of one dollar and twenty five cents per acre to
them in hand paid by Willis Peacock of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida have
granted bargained and sold and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and Convey unto the said
Willis Peacock and his heirs and assigns forever
the following described Lands to wit: The North East
Quarter of the North West Quarter of section
