Twenty two containing forty 07/100 acres and lying
and being in the county of Alachua in said state
of Florida: To have and to hold unto the said 
Willis Peacock and his heirs and assigns forever
in fee simple

This Indenture made the Twenty Sixth day of October
Anno Domini Eighteen hundred and Seventy eight between
Charles K. Dutton of the Town of Live Oak County of
Suwannee and State of Florida and Alice Dutton
his wife parties of the first part and Mrs W.B. Coleman
of the Town of Waldo County of Alachua and said
State of Florida party of the Second part: Witnesseth:
That the said parties of the first part for and in con-
sideration of Five Dollars to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath given granted aliened bargained
sold transferred and do by these presents give grant
alien bargain sell transfer and convey unto the said party
of the second part and her heirs and assigns forever all
those certain Lots Tracts or Parcels of land situate
lying and being in the Town of Waldo County of Al-
achua and said State of Florida and known and
described on the official Platt of said Town as
