the same frontage on Coleman Street which
bounds them on the South.
Together with all and singular the tenements hered-
itaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging; and
also all the estate right title interest dower and
right of dower property claim and demand whatso-
ever as well in law as in equity, of the said parties of
the first part of in and to the same with the appurten-
ances To have and to hold the above described premises
with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said
party of the second part and her heirs and assigns as
their absolute property in fee Simple forever and the
said Charles K. Dutton for himself his heirs executors
and administrators doth covenant and agree that
he is lawfully seized of the above described prem-
ises by deed from Ella T. Bryan bearing date July
31st 1876 and that he has conveyed the same free
and discharged from all incumbrances and liens
of any and every nature and description created by
himself; and that the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably in-
joy enjoy the above described premises against all
persons whatsoever lawfully claiming by through or 
under him the said party of the first part.

Robert A. Reed Clerk of the Circuit Court of said County
personally appeared Charles K. Dutton and Alice Dutton
his wife on this Twenty sixth day of October AD 1878 who
severally acknowledged that they executed the fore-
going deed: and I further certify that the said Alice
Dutton being at the time separate and apart from
her said husband did acknowledge under her
hand and seal that she executed the foregoing
deed of conveyance to Mrs W.B. Coleman and that
she joined in the said deed for the purpose of relinquish-
ing and renouncing all dower or right of dower in and
to the premises described therein and that said relin-
quishment and renunciation of dower was and is made
fully and voluntarily and without any compulsion or
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her husband
the said Charles K. Dutton
