his heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably
and may at all times hereafter have use occupy
possess and enjoy the above described premises
against all persons whatsoever lawfully claim-
ing the same and that it will at any and at
all times make such further covenants conveyances
and assurances at the expense of the said party of
the second part as he the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns or counsel learned in
the Law may require

into on this the Eleventh day of April in the year of
Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and Seventy
nine (1879) Between Samuel F. Fleming and Rosa
D. Fleming his wife of the town of Archer County
of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the 
first part and Mrs S.M. Darden of the same
Town County & State party of the second part:
Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty
five dollars $25.00/100 lawful money of the United
States of America to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have given granted aliened
bargained sold transferred conveyed and confirmed and
do by these presents give grant alien bargain sell
transfer remise release convey and confirm unto the
party of the second part and her heirs administrators
