that she signed and delivered the foregoing deed
for the uses and purposes therein contained and ac-
knowledged under her hand and seal that this
relinquishment and renunciation of dower in the
above described piece or lot of land is made this
day freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband.

This Indenture Made the Tenth day of September
in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and Seventy nine between Ella Palmer and 
Frank Palmer her husband who joins in the deed
for the purpose of approving the action of his wife
in premise of the County of Alachua & State of Fla
Parties of the first part and J.R. Thomas of the
above named County & State of the second part
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Four
hundred and Twenty five dollars lawful money
of the United States of America to them in hand paid
