ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed
and by these these presents do grant bargain sell alien
remise release convey and confirm unto the said
party of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain piece or parcel of Land Situ-
ated and lying in the County of Alachua State of Fla
in Sec (25) Twenty five Township (10) ten, Range (18)
Eighteen South & East and particularly described
as follows by the United States Survey as the NW
Qr of the SE quarter of sec (25) Township 10, R18, South
& East containing 40 acres more or less Reserving 12 1/2

part of in and to the same and every part and parcel
thereof with the appurtenances. To Have and
to hold the above granted bargained and
described premises with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns to their own proper use ben-
efit and behoof forever - and the said parties
of the first part for themselves & their heirs exec-
utors and administrators do covenant promise and
agree to and with the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns that the said parties
of the first part at the time of the sealing and
delivery of these presents lawfully seized in fee
simple of a good absolute and indefeasible
estate of inheritance of and in all and singular
the above bargained granted and described prem-
ises with the appurtenances and have good right
full power and lawful authority to grant bargain
sell and convey the same in manner and form
aforesaid and that the said party of the second 
part his heirs and assigns shall and may at
all times hereafter peaceably and quietly have
hold use occupy possess and enjoy the above
granted premises and every part and parcel
thereof with the appurtenances without any
