1879, personally appeared before me a Notary
Public of the State of Florida the above named
Ella Palmer to me well known as the wife of
Frank Palmer and as one the persons described
in and who executed, the foregoing Deed of Con-
veyance who being at the time separate and apart
from her husband, the said Frank Palmer did then
and there make and execute the foregoing acknowl-
edgment her name being with her own hand sub-
scribed and her seal affixed in my presence
Witness my hand and seal at Gainesville the
day and year above written

appeared before me Frank Palmer to me
well known as the person described in and
who executed the foregoing deed of conveyance 
and acknowledged that he executed the same

to on this the first day of September in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy nine
                                  Mrs
between A.J. DaCosta as Elisor and^Martha D. Jackson
all of Alachua County State of Florida Witnesseth: That
whereas I the said A.J. DaCosta was duly and legally
appointed Elisor to sell the property hereinafter described by
an order made and rendered by the Honorable James
B. Dawkins Judge of the Circuit Court in and for
Alachua County in the fifth Judicial Circuit of
Florida and whereas I the said A.J. DaCosta
Elisor as aforesaid under and by virtue of a de-
cree of Foreclosure of Mortgage in favor of Martha D.
Jackson complainant and against Samuel C.
Tucker Sheriff and Ex Officio administrator of the
Estate of Andrew Jackson deceased and L.W. Jackson
