and Execution thereupon issued and to me delivered
I did levy upon and seized the property hereinafter
described to satisfy said decree of foreclosure
and did duly and legally advertise the same
for sale on Monday the 1st day of September AD
1879 the same being the 1st Monday in said month
and legal sale day and whereas I the said A.J.
DaCosta Elisor as aforesaid under and by virtue
of the said levy and advertisement and the statutes
in such cases made and provided did sell the
property hereinafter described at Public Auction
before the Court house door in the Town of Gaines-
ville on said 1st day of September AD 1879 Between
the legal hours of sale on said day and whereas
at said sale the said Martha D. Jackson became
the purchaser of the property hereinafter described
for the sum of Five Hundred Dollars that being the

highest and best^bid for the same and she being
the bidder thereof - Now therefore know ye that I
the said A.J. DaCosta Elisor as aforesaid in consid-
eration of the premises and for and in consideration
of the said sum of Five Hundred Dollars to me
in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained and sold and by these pres-

ents do grant bargain^and convey unto the said
Martha D. Jackson and to her heirs and assigns
forever all that certain lot piece or parcel of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida and particularly described as
follows to wit: - All of section Eight (8) in Town-
ship Eleven (11) S Range nineteen (19) East containing
Six hundred and forth (640) acres more or less

wise appertaining: - To have and to hold unto her
the said Martha D. Jackson and to her heirs and
assigns forever as fully and effectually as I the said

and decree of our Honorable Court as aforesaid and
under and by virtue of the levy advertisement and
