and assigns forever all that certain parcel or
tract of land situate lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida and
described as follows: Commencing at the Archer and
Newnansville road where the lot fence of the party
of the first part now stands joining Martha
S. Dardens fence it being the starting point running
Square off from the Archer road South West to the
North and south line of the lot of the party of 
the first part then up to the North West corner
thence from their on the East and West line
back to the Archer road thence down the Archer
road to the corner where starting from this
being a quarter of an acre more or less in the
North West Corner of the land of the party of
the first part which is the North East Quarter
of the North East Quarter of the North West
Quarter of the south East Quarter (NE1/4 of the
NE1/4 of the NW1/4 of the SE1/4 of section Number
seventeen (No 17) in township eleven (T11) South of
Range Eighteen (18) East. Containing two 2 50/100 acres

To have and to hold the within granted bar-
gained and described premises together with 
all and singular the rights and privileges im-
munities and appurtenances thereunto be
longing or in anywise appertaining unto the
said party of the second part and her heirs
administrators and assigns as her absolute prop-
erty in fee simple forever and the said Sam-
uel T. Fleming and Rosa D. Fleming for them-
selves and assigns and for others claiming
by through or in any wise appertaining to the
same do covenant and agree that at the time
of the execution and delivery of these pres-
ents that they were seized of a good and inde-
feasible fee simple to the within described
premises and have good right to convey the same
free and discharged from encumbrances
and liens of any and every nature and descript-
tion and that the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns shall quietly and peace-
ably and may at all times hereafter have use
occupy possess and enjoy the within
described premises against all persons what-
soever lawfully claiming same and that they
will at any and all times make such further
