                "Deed"
This Indenture made the day of in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and seventy nine Between
Stephen N. Gladwin and his wife Maria A. Gladwin
of the town of Melrose County of Alachua and State
of Florida of the first part and George E. Gladwin
of the of Worcester County of Worcester and State
of Massachusetts of the second part. Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of dollars lawful money of
the United States of America to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold aliened remised released
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell alien remise release
convey and confirm unto the said party of the Second
part and his heirs and assigns forever all the
following lot tract or parcel of Land situate lying
and being in the Town of Melrose County of Alachua
and State of Florida and known and described
as follows: Lot Number One hundred and Eighteen
(No 118) as appears on the Map of the said town
and more particularly described as beginning at
the North East corner of said lot at the point where
the west side of Center street touches the East and West
line of land owned by Alexander Goodson and known
as the "Mill lot" or tract thence along the said line west
one hundred and fifty feet to corner on Hampton
street thence South along the East Side of Hampton
street one hundred and fifty feet to corner thence along
the line dividing said lot and lot number four East
one hundred and fifty feet to corner on Center Street
thence North one hundred and fifty feet along the
West side of Center Street to place of beginning
and containing half acre more or less. Together 
with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise
appertaining and the reversion and reversions rem-
ainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof
and also all the right title interest dower and right 
of dower property possession claim and demand
whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said
parties of the first part of in and to the same
and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenan-
ces To have and To hold the above granted bargained
