him in hand paid by the said party of the
second part at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained
sold aliened remised released conveyed and con-
firmed and by these presents doth grant bargain
sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto
the said party of the Second part and his heirs
and assigns forever all that certain lot or tract of

links (10.63) to a Stake on the North side of Transit
Rail Road, thence South forty four degrees forty
five minuets (44° 45') West paralell with said Rail
Road three Chains and twenty five links to a stake
ninety links distant from the center of said Rail Road
track the place of beginning thence along the Same
course paralell with the Rail Road two chains to a stake
thence North forty five degrees fifteen minuets West
(45° 15') five chains to a Stake thence North forty four
degrees forty five minuets east (44° 45') to a Stake
thence South forty five degrees fifteen minuets
East (45° 15') to place of beginning Containing one
acres. Together with all and Singular the tenements hered-
itaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in
anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof; and also all the estate right title interest
property possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the said party of the
first part of in and to the same and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances; To have and 
to hold the above granted bargained and described
premises with the appurtenances unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns to his own
proper use benefit and behoof forever, and the 
said party of the first part William L. Finger
for his heirs executors and administrators doth
covenant promise and agree to and with the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns that
the said party of the first part Martin Pierce at
the time of the Sealing and delivery of these
