property in the Town of Archer (well known) to Mrs
William C. Darden for the sum of two hundred
and fifty Dollars and having in hand one Hun-
dred Dollars have this day for and in consideration
of the love and one half of the profits accruing
from the said amount to be invested in groceries
given and presented to the party of the second part
the said sum of three hundred and Fifty Dollars
as her absolute property separate and apart as a
gift and it is further agreed that the said party
of the second part shall conduct a business in
the town of Archer under the name and style of
Mrs M.J. Young and shall purchase her first
Bill of Groceries from her Nephew identified under
the firm name and Style of Graham and Habbel -
Savannah Ga and shall render every three months
to the party of the first part one half the profits
that may accrue from said investment or income
of business thereof - In Witness Whereof I have
