Alachua County       } Be it known that on this
the ninth day of May AD one thousand eight
hundred and Seventy nine before me George
Helveston Jr an acting Justice of the peace
for the above County and State personally came
Chas W. Bauknight one of the witnesses to the ex-
ecution of this instrument who being duly sworn
says that he and Jas H. Law are the identical
persons who attested to the execution of this
deed and same was given as herein specified
under their supervision
Sworn to and subscribed before me this the
ninth day of May AD 1879.

31st day of May AD 1879, personally before me an
acting Justice of the Peace in and for said County Rosa
D. Fleming wife of Samuel T. Fleming who upon an
examination by me held separate and apart from her
husband acknowledged that she did make sign
& seal the above & foregoing deed of conveyance with
her said husband freely voluntarily and without
any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of
her said husband and that the same is intended as
a renunciation and relinquishment of all her
Dower or right of Dower in and to the lands in
said Deed conveyed
In witness Whereof the said Rosa D. Fleming hath hereunto
set her hand & affixed her seal this 31st day of May AD
