Alachua County } This Indenture made
this this the eighth day of September in the year
of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and
Seventy Nine between Martha D. Jackson of
the County of Alachua Fla of the one part and
W.A. Dickenson of the County of Alachua Fla
of the Other Part, Witnesseth that the said
Martha D. Jackson for and in consideration
of the Sum of legal Services rendered by B.H.-
Thrasher & for the further consideration of five
dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents does grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said W.A. Dicken-
one half undivided interest in
son his heirs and assigns^all that tract or parcel of
land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua & State of Florida & described as follows
to wit, Section Eight (8) Township Eleven (11) Range
Nineteen (19) east containing Six hundred and
forty acres (640). To have and to hold the said bar-
gained premises with all and Singular the rights
members and appurtenances thereof to the same
being or belonging or in anywise appertaining to the
only proper use benefit and behoof of him the
said W.A. Dickenson his heirs executors admin-
istrators and assigns in fee Simple; and the
said Martha D. Jackson for herself her heirs
executors and administrators the said bargained
premises unto the said W.A. Dickenson his heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the
said Martha D. Jackson her heirs executors and
administrators and all and every person or persons
shall and will warrant and forever defend by
virtue of these presents, In Witness whereof the
said Martha D. Jackson has hereunto set her hand
and affixed her seal the day and year first
above written
