land bought by Dr Watson Porter or his wife of
Thomas C. Ellis and known as Porters land thence
south along the eastern boundary of Porters land to a
point Sixty feet (60) from the center of the said Rail
Road the same being ten chains & Eighty 50/100 links
(10.80 50/100) more or less thence north easterly thirteen
chains & Seventy links (13.70) more or less to the place
of beginning To have and to hold the said described
premises to the parties of the second part their heirs
and assigns together with all the improvements thereon
and all the rights and privileges thereto appertaining
and the title to the said premises the parties of the
first part to the parties of the second part shall and
will forever warrant and defend as well as to their
heirs & assigns, In witness whereof we have hereunto
