twenty acres that parcel of land intended to be deeded

by this deed is two^of the north end of the above des-
cribbed lot (8) Eight To have and to hold the above granted
bargained and descried premises together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the Same belonging or in any wise appertaining
to the said party of the second part and to her
heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple absolute forever and the said party of
the first part Mary E. Furman and Charles D.
Furman her husband for themselves and for their heirs
executors administrators and assigns do covenant and
agree to and with the said party of the second part that
they will and their heirs executors administrators
and assigns shall forever warrant and defend
the title to the above described premises against
all and every person whomsoever lawfully claiming the
same. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands
and affixed our seals on this the 16th day of Septem-

without any constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband In witness whereof I have hereunto
