                 "Deed"
This Indenture made this the Nineteenth day of Septem-
ber in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and Seventy nine between T.G. Pratt Thompson of the
County of Nassau and State of Florida party of
the first part and Alexander Avera of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida party of
the second part, Witnesseth that the said party of
the first for and in consideration of the Sum of
Fifteen hundred and Sixty one 75/100 dollars to
him in hand paid by the said party of the second
part at and before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged has bargained sold released granted
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
do bargain sell release grant convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever all that certain East half of
the East half of Lot Four (4) in Browns addition
to the town of Gainesville except that portion of the
said lot from which is reserved for a Street as
shown by the diagram below and described as
follows, there is reserved for the purpose above
mentioned fifteen feet (15) off the North End fifteen
(15) feet off the East Side and fifteen feet off the
South End of that portion of said lot Four that is
herein deeded to the party of the second part by
said party of the first part, - said Lot 4 being
Situated in Section (5) and is described as the South
East Quarter of the South East Quarter of the
North West Quarter ofin said Section (5) Five Town
Ten South Range Twenty East - Alachua Co Florida

Together with all and Singular the tenements heredi-
taments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining and all the estate right title
interest property possession claim and demand
whatsoever as well in law as in Equity of the said
party of the first part in and to the above described
premises and every part and parcel thereof; Except that at
anytime should any person persons or authority demand
or exact more than the fifteen feet as described above
as being reserved for street purposes the party of the first
part will not agree to defend or engage in any Suit
