This Indenture made this 15th day of September
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and seventy nine between Walter Bruce and
Marion C. Bruce wife of said Walter Bruce of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida parties
of the first part and J.C. Kuhule of Piedmont
Mineral County West Virginia party of the second
part. Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the Sum of Six hundred
dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part at and before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged have bargained sold released granted conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents do bargain
sell release grant convey and confirm unto the said
party of the Second part his heirs and assigns forever
all that certain tract or parcel of land Situate in the
County of Alachua State of Florida and contained
in the meets and bounds described as follows.
Starting at the North East Corner of Lot number sixty
four of the Leitner Plantation and running North
Eight five degrees and fifteen minuets West along
North boundary line of said lot sixty four of
Leitner Plantation nine hundred and Sixty four
feet to Corner, thence by a line running South four
degrees forty five minuets West Six hundred and
Sixty feet to corner thence by a line running North
Eight five degrees fifteen minuets west one hun-
dred and Six feet to corner thence by a line run-
ning South four degrees forty-five minuets West Six
hundred and Sixty feet to corner on south boundary
line of said lot Sixty four of Leitner Plantation
thence by a line running along said South boundary
line South Eighty five degrees fifteen minuets east
five hundred and twenty three feet to corner thence by a
line running North three degrees forty five minuets east
eight hundred feet to corner, thence by a line running
South Eighty five degrees fifteen minuets east five
hundred and ninety one feet to corner thence by a line
running north four degrees forty five minuets east five
hundred and twenty across an arm of Wauberg to
place of commencement containing twenty and Seven
tenths acres more or less land and water there being
about six acres covered by the waters of Wauberg Lake
