following described meets and bounds: Starting
at the South West Corner of Lot Sixty four of
Leitner Plantation and measuring South Eighty 
five degrees fifteen minuets east along the South
boundary line of said lot Sixty four of Leitner Plan-
tation Seven hundred and Seventy three feet to Cor-
ner and place of Commencement: thence North three de-
grees forty five minuets east eight hundred feet to
Corner thence South Eighty five degrees fifteen min-
uets east three hundred and Sixty seven feet to
Corner thence South three degrees forty five minuets
west eight hundred feet to corner thence North

cribed, being together that tract of land conveyed and
described in a certain deed made by J.A. Marshall
and his wife Mary D. Marshall to Walter Bruce and
recorded in the Clerks office of Alachua County
Florida in deed Book "K" pages 347, 348 and
349, Together with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining and all the estate right
title property interest possession claim and demand
whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said
parties of the first part in and to the above described
premises and every part and parcel thereof. To have and
to hold the above granted bargained and described
premises with the appurtenances unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns to his own
proper use benefit and behoof forever and the said
parties of the first part for their heirs executors and
administrators do hereby covenant with the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns that
at the time of the delivery hereof the said parties of
the first part are the lawful owners of the prem-
ises above granted and seized thereof in fee simple
absolute that they are free from all encumbrances
that the said parties of the first part have good
right to sell and convey the same to the said party
of the second part as aforesaid and that the
said parties of the first part their heirs exec-
utors and administrators the above described
