Fla Land & Immigration Co To W.H. Donaldson

This Indenture made and entered into on this the 
twenty fourth day of June in the year of Our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and Seventy nine. Be-
tween The Florida Land and Immigration Company 
a body Corporate under the laws of the State of Flor-
ida party of the first part and William H. Donald-
son of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the second part, Witnesseth That the 
said party of the first part for and in Consideration 
of the sum of One hundred and twenty nine & 50/100
Dollars lawful money of the United States of 
America to it in hand paid by the said party of 
the second part at or before the ensealing and 
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby 
acknowledged has given granted aliened bargained 
sold transferred Conveyed and Confirmed and does 
by these presents give grant alien bargain sell 
transfer remise release Convey and Confirm unto 
the said party of the second part and to his heirs 
and assigns forever all those Certain tracts or parcels
of Land situate lying and being in the County of 
Alachua and State of Florida and known and 
described on the public Maps and records of said 
State as Lots numbered One and eight of Section
Four in Township Nine, South of Range Twenty one East
Containing Seventy four acres more or less (Lots 1 & 8
Sec 4 T9 S R21 E)
To have and to hold the above granted bargained and 
described premises together with all and Singular the 
rights and privileges immunities easements and appur-
tenances thereunto belonging or in any wise apper-
taining unto the said party of the second part and 
to his heirs and assigns as his and their absolute 
property in fee Simple forever.
And the Said Florida Land and Immigration Company
for itself and assigns and for all others Claiming by through 
or under it does Covenant and agree that at the time 
of the execution and delivery of these presents the 
said Company is seized of a good and indefeasible 
fee simple to the above premises and has 
good right to Convey the Same as it has Conveyed the
