the second part; Witnesseth that the said party of
the first part for and in consideration of the
One dollars to her in hand paid by the said party
of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath given granted aliened bargained
sold transferred and do by these presents give grant
alien bargain sell transfer and convey unto the said
party of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain Lot Tract or Parcel of Land
Situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and known and described
on the public records of said State as Lot number
one (N1) Section Twenty eight (S28) Township Eight
(T8) South Range Twenty two East (SR22E) contain-
ing Thirty nine 16/100 acres (39 16/100a) more or less,
Together with all and singular the tenements he-
reditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
and also all the estate right title interest dower and
right of dower property claim and demand whatso-
ever as well in law as in equity of the said part of
the first part of in and to the same with the appur-
tenancies. To have and To hold the above described premises
with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said
party of the second part and his heirs and assigns
as his absolute property in fee Simple forever and
the said Sidney Bryan for herself heirs and assigns
doth covenant and agree that she is lawfully Seized
of the above described premises and that she has con-
veyed the same free and discharged from all en-
cumbrances and liens of any and every nature and
description created by her; and the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns shall quietly and
peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all
persons whatsoever lawfully claiming by through or
under her the said party of the first part.
